Job Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for tracking the cycle of medical equipment, preparing shipments in alignment with reLink Medical standards, and responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required) • One (1) year of consistent warehouse shipping/freight experience, • Two (2) years of consistent warehouse experience, • Excellent verbal communication skills, • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Responsibilities: (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) • Utilize an iPad or a mobile device to track various aspects of medical equipment, • Utilize the Salesforce application to input received equipment information, upload equipment images, complete inventory additions and distributions to relieve inventory, • Utilizes UPS WorldShip and other comparable shipping databases, • Capture and record equipment and shipment information with a high degree of accuracy, • Count material and/or equipment in stock and posts totals to inventory record, • Transports equipment within the warehouse, weighing, and organizing various sizes and weights of equipment/inventory, • Stage products in the correct lanes to be sent out for shipment, • Operate heavy duty pallet jacks, freight scales, and other necessary equipment, • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas, • Loading and unloading shipment trucks when a product is delivered or ready to be sent out., • Package outbound orders using appropriate methods, • Receive inbound returns and follow the established work instructions to complete the RMA, • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations, • Perform other duties and services as assigned by the Warehouse Manager Characteristics of the Position (Competencies, Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) • Motivated, collaborative, team player, • Basic photography skill on handheld devices, such as an iPad, preferred, • Salesforce preferred Physical Demands and Work Environment • Ability to push, pull, sit, stand, crouch, reach, and have visual acuity, • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, • Warehouse environment – position requires standard warehouse equipment and supplies such as pallet jack, freight scale, etc., • The worker is subject to both environmental conditions, activities occur inside and outside Position Type and Expected Hours of Work • Full Time – Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, • Overtime as needed, but not required, • 40 hours per week Benefits: Dental, Health, Vision insurance, Short/Long-Term disability, Health Savings Account, Life insurance, Paid time off, and 401K Company DescriptionActually, It’s All About You At reLink, our goal is to make the disposition of medical equipment simpler, safer and seamless for sellers and buyers alike.
