The Warehouse Solutions team is the fastest growing group within the company, and we’re looking to add someone with a unique mix of technical aptitude, creative problem solving, and eagerness to learn. This position will be responsible for leading our efforts to support our clients’ modernization and process improvement initiatives by managing the implementation of solutions in line with our clients' financial and operational objectives to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and increase utilization and safety. Responsibilities: • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders: Sales, engineering, executive management and client facing decision makers., • Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation., • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies., • Establishing project communication plans and reporting structures., • Building and leading project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support., • Facilitating team meetings and ensuring effective communication and collaboration., • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise., • Monitoring team performance and addressing any issues or conflicts., • Tracking project progress against established timelines and budgets., • Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials., • Identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle., • Conducting regular project status meetings and preparing progress reports for stakeholders., • Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and any changes., • Managing stakeholder expectations and addressing any concerns or feedback., • Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction with the project outcome., • Ensuring all project deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders., • Conducting post-project reviews to assess project performance and identify lessons learned., • Proven experience in process and technology with advanced warehousing and automation principles., • Ability to read and understand Architectural and Operational CAD drawings and layouts to a point where you can accurately articulate the form, fit, and function shown within the drawings to both internal and external stakeholders., • Strong working knowledge of the leading and innovative materials handling automation solutions and lead their adoption within our existing and future clientele., • Experience executing automation projects, • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with team members from all internal business functions. (Engineering, Coordination, Project Management, Finance), • Strong communication skills are required., • Experience with Project Management Software such as MS Project, Autodesk, Procore, or Clickup, • Bacherlors Degree, • PMP Preferred, • Travel, • Own vehicle with insurance, • 25% local/Regional travel, 25% national travel, 50% office work, • No relocation offers Medical, dental, vision, virtual urgent care, and prescription plan. 401k with company match, ESOP, paid vacation, loyalty and compliance bonuses, sick days, paid holidays, group life and AD&D insurance coverage, and an employee assistance program.
