Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse WorkerJob Description Operate stand-up reach trucks to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Load and unload trailers, stage materials for production and shipping, and maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues. Follow all GMP, HACCP, and OSHA safety protocols and assist with general warehouse duties including pallet wrapping, labeling, and sanitation. Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and quality teams. Responsibilities • Operate stand-up reach trucks for material handling., • Load and unload trailers and stage materials., • Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS., • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues., • Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and OSHA safety protocols., • Assist with pallet wrapping, labeling, and sanitation., • Communicate effectively with various departments.Essential Skills, • Packing, • Production, • Material handling, • Experience with reach trucks and Crown RC Series, • Loading and unloading capabilitiesAdditional Skills & Qualifications, • Minimum 1 year of experience operating stand-up reach trucks., • Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred., • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying temperature conditions., • Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness.
