Summary The Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate deals directly with our customers on a daily basis to ensure they have a positive experience. As a member of the branch team, this will primarily be accomplished through picking, loading, and delivering our products directly to our customers or to other company locations. This includes the safe and efficient operation of vehicles and material handling equipment, including by not limited to forklifts, in compliance of company policy and government regulations. This position will regularly be asked to support other branch activities to ensure its success. This may include, but not limited to, helping with all warehouse duties, assisting the branch manager and the location counter sales associates in the support of their duties, inventory management, and other duties as required. This is achieved through a commitment to continuous improvement and the pursuit of a zero-defect culture., • Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience., • Communicates in professional and courteous manner, daily with customers via face-to-face interaction, phone, e-mail, or other means necessary to provide best in class service., • Engage in supporting and maintaining the efficient operation of the branch in accordance with current guidelines, policies, practices, and procedures., • Proactively engage in the safe efficient operation of the warehouse:, • Shipping and receiving activities as required to assure that products are handled and stored in a safe and efficient manner., • Proper picking of orders including managing first in, first out (FIFO) compiance., • Receive returned product from customers – inspecting for damage, check packing slip for product accuracy, and securing returning product to ensure safe and undamaged return., • Enhance and improve inventory management., • Other duties as directed.Qualifications Qualifications, Education and/or Experience • 2-4 years of delivery driver experience of a commercial vehicle weighing 10k-26k pounds., • High School diploma or equivalent combined education and experience., • Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills., • Effective and professional communication and organization skills., • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team in a high-volume fast-paced environment., • Strong analytical skills., • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software is a plus., • HVAC industry experience preferred including warehouse and forklift operations. Language skills • Describe reading, corresponding, and language requirements, • Include presentation or training skills if needed

In this role, youll operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and turret trucks to pick, move, and prepare furniture orders for shipment. This position is ideal for warehouse associates, order selectors, and distribution center employees with experience in supply chain operations who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: • Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklift, order pickers, reach trucks, turret trucks) to accurately pick and organize customer furniture orders., • Use scan guns to verify and track inventory., • Load and unload furniture safely onto pallets., • Work closely with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment., • Follow safety protocols and report equipment issues immediately., • High School Diploma or equivalent with warehouse/distribution center experience, or a combination of education and experience., • Ability to work inside the warehouse and occasionally outside in varying weather conditions., • Experience using a scan gun., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods., • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred., • Forklift or machine operator certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)., • Warehouse/distribution center environment with temperature variations (extreme heat, cold, humidity)., • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling., • Repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms for machine operation and computer use., • PTO and vacation days, • Paid holidays (if applicable), • 401(k) retirement plan
