Job Description Warehouse Supervisor About Cirona Labs Cirona Labs is a vertically integrated cannabis manufacturing and distribution company operating in New York State. We produce and distribute our own portfolio of cannabis brands while also serving as a contract manufacturer and distributor for partner brands. Our team focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and reliable fulfillment across the New York cannabis supply chain. Role Overview The Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and delivery readiness. This role manages warehouse floor activities including order allocation, picking and packing operations, loading of delivery vehicles, and coordination with drivers to ensure successful route execution. The supervisor supports both warehouse staff and drivers while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with New York cannabis regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment • Allocate and prioritize orders for warehouse fulfillment based on delivery schedules., • Oversee picking, packing, and staging operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency., • Troubleshoot operational issues, inventory discrepancies, or order fulfillment challenges., • Coordinate daily workload and operational priorities with warehouse leadership.Staff Supervision & Floor Management, • Supervise warehouse staff and manage day-to-day floor operations., • Provide real-time support to fulfillment staff during picking, packing, and staging activities., • Schedule staff shifts and monitor hours and overtime., • Provide coaching, feedback, and training support to warehouse personnel.Driver & Delivery Operations, • Supervise the daily launch of drivers and delivery routes., • Coordinate and verify proper loading and unloading of delivery vehicles., • Provide on-the-road support to drivers and assist with resolving delivery issues.Inventory & Documentation, • Ensure component inventory counts are completed and verified., • Ensure Transfer Sheets and PO receipts are completed accurately., • Maintain operational records related to inventory movement and fulfillment.Safety & Compliance, • Enforce warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines., • Ensure compliance with company policies and New York cannabis regulations., • Monitor safe equipment usage including forklifts and warehouse equipment.QualificationsRequired, • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment environments, • Experience supervising warehouse or logistics staff, • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift up to 50 lbs when necessaryPreferred, • Experience in the cannabis industry or other regulated industries, • Experience with Metrc compliance systems, • Experience with Canix or other WMS / ERP platforms, • Forklift certification and ability to train others on forklift operationBenefits and Perks, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off and company holidays, • Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding industry Equal Opportunity Employer in compliance with ADA regulations.
