Job DescriptionA pet supply company located in Lynbrook, NY is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate. Responsibilities • Picking customer orders using pick-to-light systems, • Using RF scanners to pick, stock, and track products, • Matching products to the correct cartons with precision, • Carefully packing orders to maintain product quality and integrity, • Supporting inventory control, including cycle counts, • Restocking shelves and breaking down product as needed, • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, • Meeting daily production goals in a high-volume environment, • Working closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, • Following company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures Qualifications • At least 6 months of experience in a distribution center environment, • Experience with RF scanners and pick-to-light systems preferred, • Experience in a fast-paced, automated warehouse setting strongly preferred, • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • Basic computer and math skills, • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy A strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused in a high-energy setting Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
