Responsibilities • Order Fulfillment: Pick, scan, label, stage, and replenish products using pallet jacks; package, band, shrink-wrap, and label per client requirements., • Inbound/Outbound Freight: Load and unload freight from vehicles and containers; sort by size and destination; reconcile driver pickup and delivery manifests., • Documentation & Quality Control: Read and decode freight codes to expedite movement; label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight; inspect and record damaged or misrouted shipments., • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and comply with company policies and OSHA standards., • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment; report issues promptly., • Attendance & Engagement: Maintain reliable attendance, stay attentive and productive throughout shifts, and adapt to schedule changes or overtime as needed., • Culture & Respect: Demonstrate professionalism, respect toward leadership and coworkers, and contribute to a positive team environment., • Additional Duties: Assist with maintenance, perform cleanup activities, work overtime as needed, and other tasks as assigned.Essential Skills, • Packing, • Inventory, • Production, • Loading, • Material handling, • Pallet jack operation, • General labor experience, • Repetitive lifting, • Loading and unloading products, • Fast-paced environment, • Warehouse experience, • Forklift operation, • Picking, • RF scanner usage, • Sit-down forklift operation, • Order picking, • Shipping and receivingAdditional Skills & Qualifications, • This is an entry-level position., • Good interpersonal skills required., • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Generally prefer 0-2 years of experience., • Warehouse experience preferred.Why Work Here? Work Environment This position offers a dynamic work environment with positions available for Sunday to Wednesday nights and Wednesday to Saturday during days and nights. Physical requirements include frequent walking, standing, and bending, with the ability to lift, push, or pull 21–50 lbs, and occasional reaching, squatting, or kneeling. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burbank, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
