You shape the portfolio, lead the team, and create partnerships that make brands stop, stare, and sign. What you'll be doing: Build the US Reward Portfolio You’ll recruit and negotiate top‑tier partners across lifestyle, dining, travel, wellness, retail, entertainment, and emerging categories. The experiences that define TLC in the US. Be the Portfolio Ambassador You'll bring the story to life in pitches, partner meetings, and internal strategy sessions. You help Sales win by translating partnerships into compelling, commercial narratives. Spot Trends & Innovate First You’re plugged into US consumer culture. You know what’s hot, what’s fading, and what’s next. You turn those insights into new product categories before competitors see them coming. Productize the Portfolio You'll transform partnerships into clear, scalable, sales‑ready assets that elevate pitches and accelerate revenue. Build & Lead a High‑Performing Team You'll develop, coach, and inspire the US P&C team. You set the pace, raise the bar, and create a culture that blends creativity with commercial accountability. Own Operational Excellence You'll manage workflows, refine processes, track KPIs, and share insights with US leadership and Group teams. You build a scalable engine, not just a team. Who we're looking for: * A confident negotiator who can structure deals that work for both partners and clients. * Strong partnership development experience; ideally with lifestyle, entertainment, retail, dining, travel, or experience‑driven brands. * Leadership experience with a track record of elevating people and performance. * Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship‑building skills. * A commercially minded, curious thinker who sees opportunity everywhere. * A relationship‑builder; credible, warm, and adaptable. * Organized, resilient, and able to bring clarity under pressure. * Positive energy in human form. someone who lifts the room, not drains it.
