Sales Intern David Zwirner is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Intern to support the Sales Team in New York. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a leading contemporary art gallery. Ideal candidates will be organized, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment. What you'll do: • Provide administrative and project support to the Front Desk and larger Sales Team., • Assist with exhibition-related tasks, including:, • Support gallery openings and events across all David Zwirner NYC locations., • Act as a gallery attendant, ensuring the security and presentation of artwork., • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the public, answering questions about current exhibitions and the gallery's programming., • Support the shipping, receiving, and distribution of mail and packages across all NY locations., • Prepare materials for client viewings and assist with client book mailings as requested., • Maintain and update internal resource documents., • Routinely restock supplies, including staff kitchens., • Highly personable, focused, and hardworking nature., • A detail-oriented eye for the aesthetic needs of an efficient, organized, elevated office space., • Ability to exercise diligence, be extremely organized, and possess a strong sense of time management., • A positive, helpful, team player attitude.
