The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and floor maintenance and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. The Client Care Specialist will assess, plan, and manage services through a mix of telephonic and in-person interactions, ensuring individuals receive the housing advocacy, resource navigation, and community support they need.
