Administrative Duties: • Prepare invoices and collect payments., • Work with insurance companies when needed., • Maintain service records and documentation., • Track daily/weekly sales and performance metrics. Skills Required: • Strong communication and customer service skills., • Basic automotive knowledge., • Sales and negotiation ability., • Leadership and team management., • Organization and multitasking., • Computer skills (shop management software).
