We are seeking motivated, dependable, and personable individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Advisors. This is a remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping people, researching options, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service. What You’ll Do You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, schedules, and budgets. Using online systems and resources, you will research available options, provide personalized recommendations, assist with arrangements, and maintain communication throughout the process. Responsibilities include: • Responding to client inquiries, • Scheduling and conducting consultations, • Researching and comparing available options, • Preparing personalized recommendations, • Assisting with reservations and arrangements, • Reviewing details for accuracy, • Maintaining organized client records, • Providing updates and answering questions, • Following up with clients as needed What We’re Looking For • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Organized and detail-oriented, • Basic computer and internet skills, • Reliable internet access, • Comfortable using phone, email, text, and online platforms, • Able to manage time and responsibilities independently, • Willing to learn new systems and processes, • Dependable, professional, and coachable Experience No previous industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided. Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, administration, or other client-facing roles can be helpful but is not required.
