Roslin Technologies Limited is seeking a highly organized and dependable Scheduling Coordinator to provide scheduling, administrative, and coordination support across day-to-day business operations. This entry-level role involves coordinating appointments, meetings, staff schedules, service requests, and follow-up tasks. You will maintain accurate information across calendars, spreadsheets, and internal systems while communicating updates clearly and professionally. Previous scheduling experience is not required; training will be provided. Key responsibilities • Coordinate and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules., • Review scheduling requests and enter information accurately., • Coordinate availability between employees, departments, clients, vendors, and other relevant contacts., • Confirm appointments, assignments, meetings, and scheduled activities., • Monitor calendars for conflicts, changes, cancellations, and rescheduling needs., • Communicate schedule updates promptly to the appropriate individuals., • Maintain accurate scheduling records and organized electronic documentation., • Update information in internal systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and other workplace tools., • Follow up on pending requests and outstanding scheduling tasks., • Provide general administrative support and escalate unusual scheduling issues when appropriate., • Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality., • Support the identification of recurring scheduling issues and administrative improvements. Qualifications • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Good written and verbal communication skills., • Careful attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to follow procedures and manage changing priorities., • Willingness to learn new software and internal systems., • Basic computer skills, including email, calendars, and spreadsheets., • Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team., • Previous experience in administration, customer service, data entry, office support, reception, or coordination is helpful but not required. Entry-level employees will receive training in scheduling procedures, internal communication, calendar systems, data entry, documentation, administrative workflows, confidentiality practices, and workplace policies. The onboarding program is designed to help new employees become confident and effective in the role.
