MIMI MATCHA is a young, growing specialty matcha & coffee company based in Miami, focused on premium ingredients, beautiful presentation, and exceptional customer service. Our team works in unique and enjoyable environments, including an exclusive luxury residential tower, regular locations in Brickell and Wynwood, as well as selected pop-ups, private events, and markets throughout Miami. We’re building a team of reliable, professional, and positive people who take pride in their work. For our barista positions, previous coffee experience and confidence operating a professional espresso machine are important. Latte art skills are a big plus. At MIMI, reliability matters. We value team members who arrive on time, respect their scheduled shifts without last-minute changes, maintain a clean and polished appearance, and consistently deliver a high-quality product and customer experience. Our team members receive a guaranteed starting hourly wage and are not dependent on tips for their base compensation. Payroll is handled reliably and on time, communication is respectful and straightforward, and we believe that professionalism should work both ways.
