About the Role: As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Romeoville fulfillment facility, with a primary focus on shipping outbound orders. You will be responsible for accurately packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our patients. In addition to outbound fulfillment, you will support inbound shipments as needed, assist with inventory replenishment to keep fulfillment stations stocked, and occasionally operate pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This role requires a dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and supports overall operational efficiency.
