The Opportunity We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support overnight operations at our Woodridge, IL manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment, takes ownership of equipment reliability, and enjoys working independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high‑speed beverage production and utility equipment, • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (single and three‑phase), pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems, • Support bottling lines, compressors, chillers, boilers, water processing, and wastewater systems, • Execute equipment rebuilds, overhauls, and PM optimization initiatives, • Conduct breakdown analysis and root‑cause investigations to eliminate repeat failures, • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and vendor‑led projects, • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, PM records, and testing logs, • Coach and support team members to improve response to equipment issues and minimize downtime, • 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (beverage or high‑speed production preferred), • Strong mechanical aptitude with proven electrical troubleshooting skills, • Experience with compressors, chillers, boilers, water treatment, and bottling equipment, • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and breakdown analysis, • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and OEM technical documentation, • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems (SAP preferred), • Ability to perform physical inspections, including climbing, reaching, and lifting Why Work for Primo Brands We offer a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits program designed to support your health, financial well‑being, and work‑life balance.
