THE TOOLS WE’LL PROVIDE TO YOU * • Paid on-the-job training, • No late evenings – Most locations close by 7pm, • Competitive pay set at $20.25 per hour, • Now offering Earned Wage Access through DailyPay!, • Promoting from within – 95% of upper-level management started out in an entry-level position, • Safety Shoes, Uniforms & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), • Tuition Reimbursement, • Employee Discount – 50% off most services for up to 2 vehicles Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions., • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles., • Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention., • Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks., • Basic computer knowledge/aptitude, • Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available., • Maintain a clean and organized work environment., • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions., • Excellent problem-solving skills, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks., • Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services., • Achieve SuperPro certification. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions of the job • Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers., • Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary., • Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter., • Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model., • Able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service., • Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline., • Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions., • Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly., • Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles., • Frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication), • Able to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk., • Constantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle., • Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds., • Able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas., • In this position you will be subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside and in varying temperature conditions., • In this position you will be subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level., • In this position you will be subject to hazards. Includes a variety of conditions including but not limited to proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals., • In this position you will be subject to atmospheric conditions.
