Preferably partial-care/ psychiatric day treatment., • Crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure., • Knowledge of various psychotherapy techniques tailored to diverse populations., • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective workplace and client interaction., • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment., • Commitment to ongoing professional development and the companies mission.
