REMOTE JOB: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending suitable coverage options to protect their assets and futures. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients to build a strong client base., • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual and business insurance requirements., • Present and explain various insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and commercial, clearly and concisely., • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients, often covering a variety of risks., • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service., • Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently., • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., • Strong ethical conduct and a commitment to client best interests., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets., • Relevant state insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain them.
