Caregiver (Non-Certified) – Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti – Start $16/hr + Extra Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hr (experience-based) Extra pay: Weekends +$1/hr Holidays +$2/hr Last-minute/short shift +$2/hr Schedule: Part-time or full-time | Morning / afternoon / overnight | Consistent client matching Who we are We’re a local, relationship-driven home care team supporting seniors and adults with disabilities in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and nearby communities. Our caregivers are the core of the company—so we pay fairly, train seriously, and schedule realistically. What you’ll do • Companionship, safety supervision, routine support, • Help with ADLs (bathing/dressing/toileting as trained), • Meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, • Mobility assistance and safe transfers (as trained), • Dementia-friendly communication (we can train this) You’re a fit if you have: • A caring, reliable personality and professional boundaries, • Ability to pass background check and provide work authorization, • Reliable transportation (client homes), • Willingness to learn (paid training provided) Strongly preferred (not required) • 6+ months caregiving experience, • Dementia experience, transfer experience, Hoyer familiarity Benefits • Paid training + paid orientation, • Referral bonuses (paid at 30/90 days), • Earned wage access, • Flexible scheduling + stable client matching, • Raise path with clear skill milestones with your availability (days/times) and your service area (Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti / nearby).
