    We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to serve as a Technical Interviewer and Engineering Consultant on a freelance basis. As a key partner in our recruitment process, you will conduct live technical interviews with our clients and hiring partners in the United States on behalf of our developers. He must be good at improvising and speaking well. If he is faced with a difficult problem that he doesn't know well in an interview, he should be able to improvise. This position will be a long-term contract Key Responsibilities • Conduct technical interviews or onboarding process on behalf of our developers with hiring companies and clients., • Represent our developers as a technical partner, providing clarity and expertise throughout the interview process., • Support the initial onboarding and technical alignment process once offers are secured., • Maintain professional communication in English with clients, recruiters, and engineering teams. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience (One stack among PHP, Laravel, C/C++, C#, Ruby, ROR, DevOps etc)., • Solid knowledge of system design, data structures, algorithms, and modern web architecture., • Prior experience in technical interviews (as an interviewer) for U.S. companies is strongly preferred., • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills., • Comfortable with Zoom, Google Meet, and other remote collaboration tools., • Work full-time in EST timezone Nice to Have • Familiarity with U.S. tech hiring processes, especially startup or enterprise interviews., • Experience with the onboarding process and Technical interview Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($30 ~ $60 based on your skills) Submission Requirement Please attach a short video (2–3 minutes) demonstrating: -Your fluency in English (introduce yourself and describe your experience). -A brief explanation of your experience that showcases your communication clarity and depth of understanding.
