We are currently seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team within a supermarket setting. This role primarily involves a morning shift, starting at either 6 AM or 7 AM. Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality sushi and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment. Key Requirements: • Strong understanding of basic food safety principles., • Possess a ServSafe Manager certification., • Proficient in temperature control, sanitization practices, and managing PH rice acidity levels., • Ability to work swiftly and cleanly while strictly adhering to company rules and guidelines. Compensation, including salary and hourly pay, will be determined based on your experience.
