What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
● Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals and progress updates with Behavior Technicians.
● Conduct and score initial and ongoing assessments using appropriate assessment tools.
● Train and supervise a caseload of Behavior Technicians and clients. Target caseload is 8-10, and this will vary based on what is sustainable for you
● Meet with Behavior Technicians outside of supervised hours to discuss their ongoing goals for clinical growth.
● Conduct parent meetings/trainings to ensure generalization of skills and empowerment of caregivers as
active participants in their child’s growth
● Collaborate with other clinicians including Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists to coordinate the therapy of shared clients
● Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children IN & OUT-center as necessary.
● Attend team and supervisory meetings as scheduled.
● Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates if desired.
Requirements: ● BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
● Experience with children in an educational setting.
● Willingness to obtain license to practice ABA therapy in the state of New Jersey.
● Must submit to a federal and state background check.
