We are open to entry-level applicants with training provided. The most important qualities for this role are a willingness to work outdoors, eagerness to learn, and genuine care and pride in doing the job well. This is a hands-on position focused on basic landscape maintenance, and general crew work. As the company grows, there will be opportunities for advancement. At this stage, we are primarily looking for dependable crew members to support daily field operations.
