Role Description L’Artelier is seeking a driven Art Advisor for our Southampton gallery, someone who thrives in a sales focused environment and is motivated by building relationships and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong commercial instinct with an appreciation for contemporary art. You will play a key role in driving revenue, developing new client relationships, and positioning the gallery for continued growth. Core Responsibilities • Drive revenue through proactive client outreach, in person engagement, and closing sales, • Build, manage, and continuously expand a strong base of collectors and qualified clients, • Convert inbound inquiries and digital leads into long term, high value relationships, • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals, • Advise clients on acquisitions with a strong understanding of pricing, positioning, and market demand, • Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management to maximize repeat business, • Collaborate on exhibitions, events, and sales strategies to support gallery growth, • Track client activity, pipeline, and sales performance against targets, • Light Art Handling and inventory management Required Qualifications • 2+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in art, luxury, or high-value client environments, • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, • Strong closing skills with confidence in high touch, face to face selling, • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, • Ability to do light art handling, • Highly motivated, results oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset Additional Strengths • Experience in galleries, luxury retail, or real estate, • Existing network of collectors or high net worth individuals, • Strong interest or knowledge in contemporary art, • Multilingual is a plus (French, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) Working Structure • Flexible schedule, including weekends and events, • Performance based compensation with strong commission upside • Opportunity to grow within a scaling gallery environment

    This seasonal position (June - September) contributes to the success of Ralph Lauren Coffee by providing customer service to exceed customers' expectations. This role is vital to our company's success by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages & products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. All team members are expected to model and act in accordance with Ralph Lauren Corporation policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Greets customers and takes orders; processes cash and credit card transactions., • Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages according to brand specifications and customers’ requests., • Serves prepared foods and pastries., • Delivers customer service to exceed customers' expectations by responding to guest needs with a sense of urgency., • Demonstrates the ability to multitask and remain calm during periods of high volume, keeping the store operating to standard and setting a positive example for the team., • Maintains the appearance of the location, ensuring products are stocked at appropriate levels and all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized., • Keeps equipment operating by following all operating instructions., • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations., • Communicates effectively with store management regarding store, employee, and customer needs., • Communicates customer feedback to managers and recommends new menu items., • Maintains a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers., • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality throughout the seasonal assignment., • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager. Experience, Skills, and Knowledge • Several years of experience as a barista or in a related position., • Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal., • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays, based on seasonal business needs., • Basic math skills., • Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 25 lbs., • Passion for coffee., • Passion for hospitality and guest service., • Outgoing and energetic disposition., • Polished and stylish presence., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Proficiency with various POS systems is preferred.
