Responsibilities: Develop, program, and modify PLC control systems for machinery and automated equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC, electrical, and automation system issues. Qualifications: Previous experience as a PLC Programmer, Controls Technician, Automation Technician, or similar role. Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation. Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron is a plus. Knowledge of HMI systems, VFDs, sensors, motors, and industrial control systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and ability to work independently. Engineering or technical degree/certification is preferred but not always required. Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to equipment issues when necessary.
