LTV serves the community of East Hampton, NY, in two ways: 1. Providing access to viewing local government and education meetings on our Government Access Channel 22. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Executive Director with a diverse background to lead us into the future of community media and live performance. What you’ll do as Executive Director: Shape strategy, inspire the staff, oversee day-to-day operations, finances, and compliance. · Strengthen LTV’s role in providing public access to government and educational meetings, and the development of diverse community-produced programming. Drive fundraising efforts through donors, grants, and partnerships. Work in partnership with the Creative Director to expand profitable performing arts programming. Build relationships across the East End — schools, nonprofits, artists, and civic groups. · Grow LTV as a competitive venue in the Hamptons for music, theater, and live events. · Also, expand the use and profitability of our 3,000 sq ft. photo studio for local film and photo projects, and raise awareness of our podcasting resources for influencers and podcasters. Who you are: A proven nonprofit or media leader who thrives at the intersection of culture and community. Skilled in fundraising and development with a record of building donor and supporter bases. Knowledgeable about state-of-the-art media technology and skilled in building tech staff. Financially savvy with strong organizational skills. · Your familiarity with the East End’s cultural landscape and experience with video/broadcast production would be a bonus.
