    Position Overview Facility Services Unlimited (FSU) is seeking a skilled Fleet & Equipment Technician to maintain and repair our fleet vehicles and commercial equipment. This role will focus on servicing pressure washing systems, surface cleaners, small engines, and diesel-powered equipment, while also assisting with truck and fleet maintenance. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team to keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial pressure washers, surface cleaners, and other specialized equipment., • Service and repair small engines and diesel-powered equipment used in field operations., • Assist with maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles, including trucks and trailers., • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across equipment and vehicles., • Maintain an organized shop environment, including tools, parts, and inventory management., • Work with the operations team to prioritize repairs and ensure equipment and vehicles are job-ready., • Perform routine safety inspections in line with company standards., • Accurately document maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Qualifications • Proven mechanical experience with small engines, diesel engines, and commercial equipment., • Hands-on experience with pressure washers and surface cleaners highly preferred., • Familiarity with fleet truck maintenance and repair is a strong plus., • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work independently and within a team environment., • Good organizational and time management skills., • Valid driver’s license required.
