Region: Asia/EU– Hotel B2B Distribution Reports to: Global Account Management Director Location: Remote within Southeast Asia or Europe(supporting local office operations) • High performance-based distribution commission, • Annual performance bonus You will manage and expand strategic relationships with leading regional OTAs, travel wholesalers, hotel groups, and cross-border travel service providers, delivering localized growth strategies, scalable partnerships, and sustainable revenue expansion across diverse Asia-Pacific markets. * • Key Responsibilities, • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia, with expansion into Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea, • Own relationships with leading APAC OTAs (Agoda, Booking Holdings APAC, Trip.com Global), travel wholesalers (FCM Travel, Corporate Travel Management), regional hotel groups (Minor Hotels, Shangri-La), and cross-border travel platforms, • Lead the full commercial lifecycle: opportunity identification, negotiation, contracting, launch, and long-term account growth, • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding country-specific distribution dynamics, pricing sensitivity, and demand patterns across ASEAN and ANZ markets, • Design and execute Asia-Pacific regional sales strategies, translating annual targets into market-specific KPIs and consistently exceeding growth objectives, • Identify and solve key cooperation challenges, including localized services, inventory connectivity, API integration, and multi-currency settlement, • Track regional industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments (e.g., data privacy, visa policies), providing actionable insights for product localization and service optimization, • Collaborate closely with internal product, technology, operations, and finance teams to deliver scalable, localized distribution solutions, • Represent the company at major Asia-Pacific industry events (e.g., ITB Asia, Australian Tourism Exchange), strengthening regional brand presence, • Qualifications, • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s preferred, • 5+ years of experience in hotel B2B distribution in Asia-Pacific, ideally with leading OTAs or regional travel wholesalers, • Strong understanding of ASEAN hotel distribution models and the commercial differences across Southeast Asia, ANZ, and North Asia, • Fluent English (working language); proficiency in one or more regional languages (Japanese, Korean, Thai, Malay, Indonesian) is a strong advantage, • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and close high-value, multi-market partnerships, • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to translate localized market needs into scalable solutions, • Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS / CRS), API integrations, and regional payment flows (e-wallets, local transfers, multi-currency settlement), • Valid work authorization in the target ASEAN country; willingness to travel regionally, • Career Development & Culture, • Clear growth path: Account Manager → Senior Account Manager → Regional Distribution Director, • Exposure to multi-market Asia-Pacific strategy and global accounts, • Performance-driven, flexible, and remote-friendly culture
