Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify and research potential suppliers, considering factors such as quality, reliability, pricing, and sustainability practices.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with national and international suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable conditions.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery dates, quantities, and specifications.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, fostering effective communication, addressing any supplier-related issues, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, sales, and quality control, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment in the procurement and distribution.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities. Analyze market data and customer preferences to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and sustainability initiatives related to the procurement and supply chain. Make recommendations and participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulations, certifications, and labeling requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation for traceability and regulatory purposes.


Benefits
Salary: €21,000 to €25,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate's profile.
Work schedule from 8h to 17h (summer intensive schedule).
