Your functions In this role as a Real-Time Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring and measuring the Contact Center's work processes in real-time to support management in developing and implementing action plans. - Collaborating with area supervisors to ensure service levels are met within the Contact Center. - Maintaining operational efficiency and high service standards by monitoring agent performance and ensuring compliance with assigned tasks and scheduled shifts. Under the Guidance of the Bars Manager you’ll provide exceptional and enjoyable safe pool experience to guests, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction: Provide warm, sincere and engaging service. Assist, support, and work with Pool Servers and Bars staff. Ensure service stations are constantly cleared and re-stocked during service. Assist to remove used diches and trash from pool area.
