Location: Malaga Job Summary As a Service Delivery Senior Manager in the Cyber Security Team, you will lead the delivery and maintenance of Threat Detection and Response (TDR) Managed services, provide governance support and accountability for the operations, delivery and maintenance of tools and processes, manage client relationships, identify business opportunities for EY within existing engagements, and ensure client service quality delivery in accordance with EY quality guidelines. Client Responsibilities • Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in performing procedures focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues., • Brief the engagement team on the client’s environment and industry trends; maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables., • Use extensive knowledge of the client’s business/industry to identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the client’s business., • Create innovative insights for clients and adapt methods and practices to fit operational team needs., • Facilitate discussions and knowledge sharing with key client personnel and contribute to EY thought leadership., • Plan and schedule client engagements, determine and deploy the right team, and periodically review status of engagements and work products., • Maintain a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships., • Demonstrate industry expertise and review status updates to prepare management presentations., • Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. People Responsibilities • Display teamwork, integrity and leadership; work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements., • Drive performance management for yourself and your team., • Drive the quality culture agenda at GDS., • Manage performance of direct reports according to organization policies., • Train and mentor project resources., • Participate in organization-wide people initiatives. Technical and Leadership Responsibilities • Technical leadership in SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, EDR and related Threat Framework technologies., • Lead large-scale projects and programs to deliver strategic programs, driving operational excellence and transformation projects., • In-depth understanding of managed service model using ITIL framework; strategize and propose transition approach for large outsourcing global TDR deal., • Perform due‑diligence for AS‑IS assessment and define milestone‑based improvement roadmap., • Prepare solution and implementation approach, target operating model and technical architecture., • Review Statement of Work scoping, assumptions, milestones, pricing, team compositions, governance, RACI., • Articulate differentiator and defend proposal during client presentation., • Define reusable artefacts and standardize costing model for multiyear managed service deal., • Lead proof of concept and demonstrate managed services and TDR capability., • Deliver TDR support projects including requirements analysis, architecture definition, technical design, development, and solution delivery., • Experience on TDR tools such as Splunk, Azure Sentinel, Deep/Dark Web monitoring tools, Demisto, Phantom and other SOAR Tools., • B.Tech./B.E./BCA/MCA/MSc/BSc/MBA/PGDM/Ph.D. with sound technical skills., • Strong command on verbal and written English language., • Approximately 10–12 years of Project Management experience managing large-scale projects or programs., • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills., • Good understanding of project governance and change management principles., • Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2® or PMP are desirable., • Interest in process improvement, agile methodologies, and business case development., • Significant relevant experience in security engineering or similar., • Experience delivering cyber solutions, providing comprehensive guidance/support/advice, and managing client requirements., • Project management experience in a cyber security environment., • Any two of the following certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GMON, GCIA, CISM.
