THE I/O Marbella is looking for a Gym Host to support daily club operations and help create an exceptional experience for our members. As a key presence on the gym floor, you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized training environment while representing the premium standards of THE I/O Club. You will ensure all equipment is in perfect condition, weights are properly re-racked, and members feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. Main Responsibilities: • Collect and re-rack weights (key responsibility)., • Ensure all gym equipment and machines are in good condition and working order., • Support other departments with general restocking, logistics, and operational tasks when required., • Work closely with colleagues to support team objectives., • Act as an ambassador for THE I/O, creating a welcoming environment and strong sense of community.
