As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a Senior Growth Channels Manager to design and build scalable external acquisition systems that drive measurable booking growth through affiliates, customer referrals, and chef-generated overflow demand. This is a senior builder role focused on creating new, scalable acquisition systems that operate outside of traditional paid and organic channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Build and Scale External Growth Channels • Design and scale external acquisition systems across affiliates, customer referrals, and chef-generated overflow demand., • Identify and activate high-impact external distribution opportunities globally., • Own the performance of external growth channels in terms of bookings and revenue contribution., • Continuously iterate on channel structures, incentives, and scalability models. 1. Affiliate Ecosystem Development • Build and scale a global affiliate ecosystem including publishers, bloggers, newsletters, influencers, and niche content platforms., • Define and optimize commission structures and incentive models to maximize performance., • Recruit and activate high-performing affiliates capable of generating consistent booking volume., • Ensure scalable tracking, attribution, and performance measurement. 1. Customer Referral Program • Design and scale a global customer referral system that turns satisfied clients into active acquisition drivers., • Develop referral mechanics that maximize participation, conversion, and repeat engagement., • Partner with CRM and Product teams to integrate referral flows into the customer lifecycle., • Continuously optimize referral economics and engagement. 1. Chef Overflow Referral Channel • Design and manage a structured referral system for chefs to redirect demand they cannot fulfill (e.g., availability constraints, location mismatch, schedule conflicts)., • Build simple, scalable mechanisms that allow chefs to refer clients seamlessly to Take a Chef., • Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and incentive alignment for referred bookings., • Collaborate with Product and Operations to integrate referral flows into the chef experience. 1. Systems, Tracking & Optimization • Work closely with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all external channels., • Define KPIs and build dashboards to measure performance across all growth channels., • Continuously analyze performance and optimize channel efficiency and ROI., • Ensure all initiatives are scalable, measurable, and economically sustainable. 1. Cross-functional Execution • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CRM, Sales, and Data teams to integrate external channels into the broader growth strategy., • Support development of tools, automations, and infrastructure required to scale partner-driven growth., • Align external growth initiatives with company-wide revenue objectives. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, affiliate marketing, referral programs, or business development in high-growth environments., • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition channels that generate measurable revenue., • Strong experience designing incentive structures, partner programs, or network-driven growth systems., • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, attribution, and performance metrics., • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, and CRM teams., • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capability., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Experience in marketplaces, travel, hospitality, or consumer platforms is a strong plus., • Passion for building scalable systems and distributed growth engines.
