Principales responsabilidades Gestión de la web y venta directa · Desarrollo de estrategias digitales para maximizar la venta directa: generación de tráfico, mejora de conversión, bajada de rebote etc. Control y mejora de los KPI claves de comercio electrónico · Mantenimiento, actualización y optimización de la web corporativa. · Gestión y optimización del motor de reservas propio. · Análisis, reporting Estrategia digital · Definición de estrategia digital de medios junto con agencia. · Plan de SEO y SEM · Coordinación campañas: planificación, seguimiento de campañas, copywriting y contenidos visuales. · Asegurar la coherencia de la marca en todos los canales digitales. Gestión de OTAs · Actualización y optimización de perfiles y contenidos en OTAs (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.). · Implementación de acciones para mejorar visibilidad, posicionamiento y conversión. · Implementación Expedia Hotel Ads Metabuscadores · Optimización y actualización de información y herramientas en metabuscadores (Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, Tripadvisor, etc.). · Seguimiento del rendimiento y coordinación de acciones para aumentar visibilidad y conversión. Redes sociales • Coordinación con la agencia de social media: calendario de publicaciones, campañas y alineación del contenido con la identidad de marca. Requisitos · Formación universitaria en ADE, Empresariales, Económicas o similar. · Formación complementaria en marketing digital. · Experiencia mínima de 2 año en el sector hospitality o en OTAs. · Conocimiento de estrategias digitales, herramientas de analítica GA4, SEO/SEM y marketing de contenidos. · Idiomas : Inglés (nivel first certificate).
