Freehost Valencia is a fast-growing company who offers Airbnb property management services for hosts in Valencia.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who makes every guests’ experience unique and memorable and someone who takes the worries away from our clients.
Your Tasks:
Taking command of guests' interactions through the inboxes of our ‘Hands-Off’ Airbnb hosts, making sure no messages slip through the net. You will review and respond to the numerous guest enquiries we receive daily, and it will be your job to ensure our guests are informed and ready for their trip (before, during and after).
Putting your social skills to use daily, liaising between multiple teams across the business and, of course, the guests on the other end of the inbox.
Managing our reservations system and client support meticulously.
You will go to the different apartments in Valencia and do the guest check-ins.
You will have 5 working days per week (including weekends).
Requirements:
You are organised, proactive and pay attention to the devil in the details.
You have excellent problem-solving skills.
You have a positive attitude.
You are a team player who can adapt to different needs of the business.
You have an advanced English level.
You have a good telephone manner and a clear idea on how to deal with customer escalations.
You are flexible in terms of shifts, including weekends.
