We are looking for a HR Manager who strategically and operationally lead the hotel's Human Resources area, ensuring legal compliance, operational excellence, talent development, alignment with business objectives and the creation of a solid and service-oriented organisational culture. Act as a strategic partner of the General Management and the Heads of Department, ensuring efficient people management, labour cost control, employee experience and compliance with applicable corporate and legal standards. Responsibilities: Hiring and Recruitment • Recruiting hotel staff for departments like front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, offices and management, • Running interviews and onboarding new employees, • Coordinating seasonal staffing needs Employee Experience & Culture • Building a positive workplace culture, • Organizing staff recognition programs, events, and team-building activities, • Handling employee concerns and improving engagement, • Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives Training & Development • Ensuring employees are trained in hospitality standards and guest service, • Coordinating leadership development programs, • Managing performance reviews and career progression HR Operations • Managing contracts, payroll coordination, scheduling policies, and compliance, • Ensuring labor laws and hotel policies are followed, • Handling disciplinary procedures when necessary Retention & Wellbeing • Reducing staff turnover, which is a major issue in hospitality, • Supporting employee wellbeing and work-life balance, • Monitoring burnout and morale during busy periods Working With Hotel Leadership • The General Manager, • Department heads, • Corporate HR Qualifications • Previous experience as an HR Manager in hospitality minimum of 3 years, • University training in Labour Relations, Psychology, law or derivatives., • Advanced knowledge of Spanish labour legislation., • Experience in complex labor relations., • English C1, • High operational and strategic orientation.
