About the Company We are looking for experienced professionals in Market Risk, Counterparty Risk, and Murex solutions to join strategic transformation and implementation projects within the financial sector. This role combines functional expertise, methodology, and risk management, offering the opportunity to participate in high-impact initiatives across Front Office, Risk, and Treasury environments. About the Role The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Murex implementation and support, along with experience in valuation methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and risk metrics. Responsibilities • Participate in the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Murex Front Office and Risk modules., • Analyze and define functional requirements in collaboration with business and technology teams., • Support the design and optimization of end-to-end processes covering:, • Pre-trade and pricing workflows., • Trade booking and post-trade activities., • Portfolio management and risk reporting., • Contribute to projects related to:, • Market Risk and Counterparty Risk., • Valuation methodologies and risk metrics., • Initial Margin and XVA processes., • Regulatory initiatives and risk transformation programs., • Perform functional testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support change management activities., • Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide support to business users., • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, acting as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders. Qualifications • 3–4 years of experience in consulting or banking environments focused on financial risk management., • Hands-on experience with Murex in implementation, support, or transformation projects., • Solid understanding of:, • Market Risk methodologies., • Valuation frameworks and pricing concepts., • Counterparty Risk and XVA., • Initial Margin methodologies and related calculations., • Experience with risk methodologies, metric validation, and financial products., • Exposure to Front Office, Risk, or Treasury environments. Functional Knowledge • VaR and Stressed VaR methodologies., • Expected Shortfall and sensitivity analysis., • P&L explain and risk attribution concepts., • Back-testing and stress-testing frameworks., • Initial Margin concepts and monitoring., • CCR and SA-CCR methodologies., • Market data management and governance. Technical Skills • Strong functional knowledge of Murex Front Office and Risk modules., • Exposure to:, • MRB, MLC, or equivalent risk modules., • Trade simulations and Front Office workflows., • Datamarts and reporting tools., • Knowledge of Python is highly desirable., • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is considered an advantage. Education and Certifications • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:, • Business Administration, • Economics, • Engineering, • Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline, • Postgraduate studies or certifications in Finance or Risk Management are highly valued., • Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or equivalent will be considered a strong advantage.
