Prior customer service experience in the airline industry is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Empathetic and customer-focused attitude. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of airline reservation systems is an advantage.
