We are hiring an strongly Group Sector Project Manager to join our strongly growing team in Barcelona. Your objective will be to act as the PMO Lead in order to consolidate the sector into a mature, visible, and business-generating practice by structuring its organization, implementing effective tools, and positioning it as a model to replicate success across other industries. Role Description: Governance & Prioritization: • Finalize and implement the sector Governance Model, clearly defining roles, processes, and annual priorities based on available team capacity., • Develop a sector work plan that sequences initiatives (reports, client visits, Key Account engagement) according to impact and resource feasibility. Sector Community: • Coordinate community governance, including meetings, workstreams, and strategic initiatives to support regional and global objectives., • Monitor progress, structure communication, and provide tools/frameworks to accelerate adoption of shared solutions and enhance visibility of community achievements., • Integrate new members and strengthen the community collaboration through onboarding sessions and clear allocation of responsibilities., • Facilitate cross-country collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the business sector community, ensuring alignment on priorities, standards, and best practices., • Business Development & Tracking:, • Maintain a qualifiers and opportunities repository and track BD progress quarterly, as well as Key Account activities, and create support tools and processes., • Support Key Account Managers in pursuing client visits or sector presentations when capacity allows. Use LSP as a pilot for the other sectors. Marketing & Events: • In alignment with group marketing, design the marketing strategy and roadmap for the sector, including the participation to events and conferences and potential partnership or sponsoring., • Develop the specific sector narrative and marketing materials. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership: • Identify Market Intelligence needs and priorities; and coordinate with the Market Intelligence team the delivery of reports, publications and research., • Maintain consistent weekly sector Newsletter publication. Cross-Sector Transfer & Collaboration: • Build strong collaboration with other sector identify best practices, align methodologies, and harmonize ways of working across sectors, fostering greater consistency and efficiency within all global sectors., • Systematically document and package tools and learnings (e.g., governance templates, qualifiers repository, study methodologies) for use by other sectors. Desired Skills and Experience: • Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields., • 4 minimum years of Strategy or Business Consulting or international project management experience with experience in specific sectors/inductries., • Proven ability to manage complex or international projects from initiation to completion., • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, build trustful relationships and demonstrate strong influencing skills., • Client focused and service-oriented approach, anticipating needs., • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to lead workshops, meetings, and training sessions., • Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and time management abilities., • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure., • Confidentiality., • Strong English, both oral and written. French is a plus.
