The Specialist, Leads Qualification plays a critical role in driving Leica Biosystems' commercial success by identifying, validating, and qualifying customer leads from digital and offline marketing initiatives. Acting as the first point of contact for potential customers, this role ensures that high-quality leads are passed to the sales team, accelerating pipeline development and supporting revenue growth. CRM & Database Management * Maintain and enhance the customer and prospect database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of lead contact details. * Validate and update customer information based on direct interactions, data enrichment processes, and third-party list acquisitions. * Utilize tools like Zuant for lead capture at events and integrate data into Salesforce.com for streamlined lead management. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s degree with experience in B2B telemarketing, inside sales, or lead qualification, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences. A Master’s degree with experience will also be considered. * Fluent in English and French (required) plus either Spanish or Italian (additional language skills are a strong advantage). * Excellent communication and sales engagement skills Technically proficient in lead management tools: * Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms. * Familiarity with Zuant or other lead capture tools for event-based lead acquisition and integration with CRMs * Competence in basic data entry, reporting, and lead-tracking processes.
