The Qualitas Energy team consists of c.560 professionals across fifteen offices in Madrid, Berlin, London, Milan, Hamburg, Wiesbaden, Trier, Cologne, Stuttgart, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Santiago, Durham, Bristol, and Edinburgh. At the core of the company, the Investors Relations Operations team is in charge of managing Qualitas Energy funds’ investors onboarding and operations and managing investors information and reporting requirements. Mission: As part of this strategy, we are looking to incorporate a Investor Relations Operations Analyst. Main responsibilities: • Investors onboarding and KYC., • Management of investors operations (capital calls, distributions and transfers)., • Preparation of quarterly reports to investors and specific reports to institutional investors, including Solvency II reports., • Support the Investor Relations Fundraising team on the preparation of Due Diligence from institutional investors., • Calculation of management fees and review of the net asset value of the fund prepared by the Fund Administrator., • Support on the coordination of service providers based in Luxembourg, • Financial analysis and returns calculations., • Preparation of regulatory reports (CNMV, SEPBLAC). Experience and requirements: • Full-time availability., • Law, Business Administration and/or Economics bachelor’s degree., • At least 4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting and/or financial audit or fund management or middle-office positions in banking or asset management., • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken., • Proficient use of Excel., • Attention to detail and analytical thinking., • Proactive and problem-solving approach.
