Mentor and Elevate: Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence, curiosity, and rigorous best practices across the team. Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Partner directly with business leaders to identify opportunities, quantify risks, and establish metrics that define success. Who You Are (Qualifications): You have 6+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (e.g., Business Analyst, Data Science, Strategy) within a top-tier consulting firm, tech company, or product-led organization. You possess expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Experience with AI/ML modeling is a significant plus. You are a master of data storytelling —you can build a narrative, craft a compelling presentation, and confidently defend your recommendations to senior audiences.
