The Role We’re looking for an Account Executive (Inbound or Outbound) to drive revenue growth in Italy or Spain. You will own the sales cycle — from the first qualified interaction to closing the deal — with a strong focus on delivering monthly TCV targets. Depending on your focus (Inbound or Outbound), your pipeline will differ — but your mission remains the same: win the deal and create long-term value. Outbound Responsibilities • Take ownership of qualified opportunities from BDR handoff to close, • Run deep discovery to understand business needs, pain points, and decision processes, • Deliver tailored demos and build high-impact proposals, • Collaborate closely with BDRs to improve pipeline quality and targeting, • Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot to support forecasting, • Continuously analyze performance and optimize your approach Inbound Responsibilities • Convert a high volume of inbound demos into new business, • Lead consultative conversations with key stakeholders (Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, CX leaders, Founders), • Manage multiple deals across different stages simultaneously, • Drive higher TCV through strategic contract positioning, • Keep a clean, real-time pipeline in HubSpot, • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve conversion rates, • Continuously refine your demo and closing strategy Requirements • 2–3+ years in an Account Executive or closing role (B2B SaaS or digital product strongly preferred), • Proven track record of owning a full sales cycle — from first meeting to signed contract — and consistently hitting or exceeding quota, • Languages: native-level Italian (Italy role) or Spanish (Spain role) + professional English, • Location: based in Italy (Italy role) or Spain (Spain role); available for occasional on-site presence, • Strong closing instinct: you know when to push, when to slow down, and how to handle objections without damaging the relationship, • CRM discipline: you live in HubSpot (or equivalent), keep it clean, and use data to manage your pipeline — not just as an admin task, • Quota mindset: you track your own attainment and pipeline coverage daily and take full ownership of your number, • Consultative approach: strong discovery skills, ability to connect prospect needs to tangible value, and comfort navigating multiple stakeholders, • Resilience and ownership: comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where results are visible and performance is expected Nice to Have • Experience selling to e-commerce, retail, marketing, or customer experience teams, • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, conversational commerce, or marketing automation platforms, • Fluent Italian speaker (for the Spain role — useful for internal collaboration with the Italy team), • Understanding of SaaS metrics: TCV, MRR, churn, NRR, pipeline coverage, win rate Bonus Points • Experience closing deals with e-commerce, retail, or customer care businesses, • Interest or hands-on knowledge of WhatsApp Business, conversational marketing, or AI-powered sales automation, • Structured approach to the sales process: consistent frameworks, repeatable discovery flow, and methodical objection handling, • Analytical mindset: ability to read your own pipeline metrics, identify where deals are stalling, and diagnose root causes What We Offer • Be part of building a cutting-edge Conversational Commerce platform poised for global expansion., • Competitive compensation, • Work with an international, passionate, supportive, and talented team dedicated to excellence., • The latest Apple MacBook Pro and all necessary tools., • Career Levels: continuous growth with clear key points to help you design your personal and professional development in the direction you desire, • Permanent, full-time contract., • Regular team-building events and celebrations., • Access to cutting-edge technologies and resources to stay at the forefront of engineering and innovation.
