Grupo de restauración que cuenta con diferentes restaurantes en Barcelona ciudad precisa incorporar 2º ENCARGADO para uno de sus restaurantes en la ciudad. Sus funciones principales serán las siguientes: -Coordinar las operaciones diarias del restaurante. -Responder de forma eficiente a las posibles quejas de los clientes. -Realización de los horarios semanales del personal, junto con el director. -Colaborar en los procesos de selección, formación y motivación de personal. -Gestión de reservas y mailing del restaurante. -Realizar cambios/mejoras/consultas en acuerdo con dirección y los respectivos departamentos con el fin de optimizar nuestros servicios. -Controla que la calidad de la oferta de servicios del establecimiento y la atención al cliente sean las adecuadas. -Atender personalmente a las reservas de los clientes e incluso sus posibles quejas y reclamaciones. -Poner en práctica las medidas necesarias para que se cumpla la normativa de seguridad e higiene laboral. Buscamos para el Grupo Isabella's: TÉCNICO DE MANTENIMIENTO (contrato temporal sustitución) ¿Tu misión? 1. Atender los partes diarios que se reportan de los diferentes restaurantes del Grupo. 2. Rellenar diariamente los registros obligatorios. 3. Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo de habitaciones e instalaciones del Hotel y de los restaurantes. 4. Verificar el buen funcionamiento de las instalaciones 5. Realizar arreglos de carpintería, cerrajería, albañilería, pintura, etc. 6. Otros títulos es un plus. - Tener toda la documentación en regla.
