About the Role At Dils Lucas Fox , we are looking for an Office Host / Lounge Host to join our Barcelona office — a key role dedicated to activating and curating the entrance and Lounge areas, creating a modern, relaxed atmosphere fully aligned with our brand. This is not a traditional front desk position . The role is centered on experience, flow and hospitality , acting as a natural point of connection for clients, visitors and the internal team from an integrated lounge setting rather than a formal reception desk. The successful candidate will transform the café/bar area into a vibrant hub for meeting, working and relationship-building, delivering a high-end, welcoming experience that reflects our positioning. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary welcoming presence and point of reference for clients, visitors and colleagues., • Manage the Lounge café/bar service and overall hospitality experience., • Continuously curate the atmosphere of the space — music, lighting, order and presentation., • Ensure the environment consistently reflects brand standards without the need for supervision., • Oversee the day-to-day condition of the Lounge, maintaining cleanliness, removing unnecessary materials and preserving visual quality., • Support facilities operations, including coordination with suppliers, ordering, incident management and maintenance follow-up., • Manage meeting rooms and provide logistical support for client meetings and events., • Activate the space to encourage engagement and use by both clients and employees., • Previous experience in hospitality, premium reception, office management or lifestyle environments (highly valued)., • High level of English, Spanish and Catalan., • Strong sensitivity to design, detail, atmosphere and user experience., • Excellent communication skills and a service-driven mindset., • Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking initiative., • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., • Stability: Full-time permanent contract (40 hours/week)., • Time off: 23 vacation days per year plus 2 additional personal days., • Personal development: Weekly language classes during working hours (fully covered)., • Perks: Access to a benefits platform with discounts on gyms, travel, fashion, and more., • Training: Structured onboarding and continuous development programs.
