We are seeking a Customer Service Department Manager to lead and coordinate our customer service team in Sabadell, Barcelona. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team, and managing orders via SAP. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate the Customer Service team., • Manage customer inquiries and requests, ensuring service excellence., • Provide support to the sales team., • Handle order entry and follow-up using SAP., • Resolve incidents and track open cases., • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure agile, effective, and quality service., • Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer service processes. Qualifications • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with team leadership., • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Italian., • Experience with SAP or other order management systems., • Advanced level Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel., • Excellent communication, organization, and customer orientation., • Proactive, problem‑solving, leadership, and teamwork skills., • Experience in multinational or industrial companies is an advantage., • Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Catalan is a plus.
