Nuestro objetivo es que, bajo la supervisión del jefe de cocina, nuestro segundo jefe/a de cocina nos ayude a mantener la filosofía gastronómica del hotel y velar por los estándares de calidad de los diferentes puntos de venta, transmitirlos y hacerlos respetar a la totalidad del equipo, siguiendo las normas de calidad y seguridad alimentaria en la elaboración de la misma. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? - Apoyar al Jefe de cocina en la operativa diaria tanto en la gestión del equipo de cocina como en el desarrollo del servicio de comidas del hotel y restaurante - Colaborar junto al Jefe de cocina en la elaboración de toda la oferta gastronómica - Asistir al Jefe de cocina en la confección de escandallos - Controlar la mise en place de todas las partidas de la cocina - Vigilar registros de temperatura y APPCC y el correcto cierre de espacios y maquinarias (cámaras, extracciones, llaves de paso, hornos, cocinas) - Supervisar la recepción de mercancías, aprovisionamiento y reposición de stock además de, la limpieza y conservación de todo el espacio de trabajo, asegurando una gestión eficiente de los recursos y productos - Prestar atención a las órdenes de servicio de los diferentes puntos de venta ¿Qué buscamos en ti? - Formación en Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Dirección de Cocina y/o Hostelería además de formación en APPCC - Experiencia en el puesto de 3-5 años - Que seas una persona creativa con buena memoria gustativa y olfativa - Buenas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de equipos - Que seas una persona resolutiva, con capacidad de toma de decisiones ¿Qué ofrecemos? - Salario según valía - Contrato indefinido a jornada completa - Buen ambiente de trabajo en un entorno dinámico - Diversidad de cocina: eventos, restaurante y terraza - Desarrollo y formación interna - Buen ambiente de trabajo No lo dudes y ¡Únete al equipo de Gallery Hotel Barcelona!
