APPLY HERE: https://jobs.kensuifitness.com/?job=meta -------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a Meta Ads & Performance Creative Strategist to help us develop, launch, and optimize paid social ads for Facebook and Instagram. This is a hybrid role that combines creative strategy, ad performance analysis, and hands-on Meta Ads Manager execution. You will be responsible for researching ad angles, writing hooks and concepts, briefing creatives, uploading ads into Meta Ads Manager, tracking performance in Triple Whale, and helping us continuously improve our creative testing system. This is not just a graphic design role. It is also not just a media buying role. The ideal person understands how creative, data, product positioning, and ad execution work together to drive profitable growth. ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy • Develop new ad angles, hooks, concepts, and messaging for KENSUI products., • Research competitors, Meta Ad Library examples, fitness trends, customer pain points, and winning ad formats., • Identify what makes each product compelling and turn those insights into strong ad concepts., • Create briefs for designers, video editors, UGC creators, and internal team members., • Build creative concepts around product demonstrations, problem/solution angles, comparisons, testimonials, use cases, objections, and direct-response offers., • Help define different messaging angles for different products, audiences, and funnel stages. Meta Ads Manager Execution • Upload and launch ads inside Meta Ads Manager., • Set up campaigns, ad sets, and ads according to the approved testing plan., • Organize creative tests with clear naming conventions, UTMs, ad copy, thumbnails, landing pages, and calls to action., • Make sure ads are uploaded with the correct assets, links, tracking parameters, and product pages., • Monitor newly launched ads for delivery issues, disapprovals, tracking problems, or obvious performance issues., • Pause, duplicate, iterate, or relaunch ads based on performance data and team direction., • Keep the ad account organized so campaigns, tests, and results are easy to understand. Performance Analysis • Review performance data in Meta Ads Manager and Triple Whale., • Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, revenue, and contribution margin., • Compare Meta-reported performance with Triple Whale attribution and actual business performance., • Identify which creatives, hooks, angles, offers, products, and landing pages are working., • Explain why certain ads are performing well or poorly., • Recommend which ads to scale, pause, remake, or iterate., • Turn performance insights into new creative tests. Triple Whale Attribution & Reporting • Use Triple Whale to track attribution, revenue, ROAS, CPA, MER, and overall ad performance., • Understand the difference between Meta platform reporting and Triple Whale/business-level reporting., • Identify discrepancies between platform ROAS and actual store performance., • Use Triple Whale data to evaluate which campaigns and creatives are actually driving profitable sales., • Create clear summaries of performance, learnings, and next steps. Creative Testing System • Plan weekly creative tests for Meta Ads., • Maintain a testing roadmap for hooks, formats, angles, offers, audiences, and products., • Track creative performance in a structured spreadsheet or project management system., • Document learnings from each test and apply them to future creative., • Help KENSUI move from random ad creation to a repeatable creative testing process. Ad Copy & Messaging • Write direct-response ad copy for Meta Ads., • Write hooks, headlines, primary text, captions, and call-to-action variations., • Adapt messaging for different products, audiences, and funnel stages., • Make sure ads communicate the product clearly and quickly. Communication & Reporting • Work with designers, video editors, UGC creators, influencers, and the founder to produce and launch new ads., • Provide clear briefs, feedback, and creative direction., • Organize creative assets, test results, and performance learnings., • Send a short end-of-day report summarizing what you worked on, any insights, and what you plan to work on next. Daily Report Requirement At the end of each workday, you will send a short EOD report covering: • What you worked on today., • Any insights or learnings from performance data, research, or creative testing., • What you plan to work on tomorrow. This does not need to be long, but it must be clear and consistent. Requirements • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager., • Experience with Meta Ads, paid social, performance marketing, creative strategy, or direct-response advertising., • Ability to upload, launch, and organize ads correctly inside Meta., • Experience using Triple Whale or similar attribution/reporting tools., • Understanding of UTMs, attribution windows, platform ROAS, blended ROAS, MER, CPA, and contribution margin., • Ability to analyze ad performance and explain why creatives are working or failing., • Strong writing skills for hooks, ad copy, and creative briefs., • Good understanding of short-form video ads and social media ad formats., • Strong attention to detail when setting up campaigns, links, tracking, and naming conventions., • Strong organization and communication skills., • Ability to work independently in a remote role. Pay: 1,250 - €2,500 per month • Work Location: Remote
