Would you like to contribute to this as Operations Assistant in our Málaga Teatinos residence? We are looking for a dynamic, versatile operations assistant, who is eager to join a student residence with 228 rooms and the activity this entails. You will be working in an educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location. Your responsibilities: • You are the (first) face of our reception at the student residence, • You take care of our customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone, • You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys and cards, • You accompany visitors and future clients during open days, a tour of the facilities, etc., • You support the administration office, • You monitor the building and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening), • You apply the necesary protocols in emergencies This position requires an 8-hour workday in rotating shifts (morning/afternoon) from Monday to Sunday, ensuring the necessary rest periods between shifts. Tend to 11 chickens on a very small rustic farm. Feed, water, collect eggs and general care and cleaning of the chicken coop. Living accomodations in a self contained mobile home on the farm plus a salary of 50 Euros/week and all the eggs you can eat. Employment is from December 15, 2025 though March 11, 2026. Possibility of use of a car. Approximate time is 2 hours/day 4 days/week. Excellent opportunity for student looking for partime work.

Receptionist (m/f) Are you an enthusiastic person with a passion for providing excellent service in an international environment? Hacienda el Sueno is looking for a friendly Receptionist who welcomes our guests and ensures that they will have an unforgettable holiday in our resort. Hacienda el Sueno is a recently opened holiday complex and is located between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas (Málaga). What will be your tasks? As a Receptionist you are the first point of contact for our guests and you make sure that guests immediately feel welcome. You provide an excellent service to our guests at the reception, by telephone or e-mail. You take care of the check-ins and check-outs, solve problems and complaints and help guests with questions about the facilities and the environment. You also do a few administrative activities and manage the technical service book and makes ensure that it is followed up. Who are we looking for? The right candidate has a service-oriented open attitude towards our guests and can give that extra service. You can work independently in a hectic environment, but you are also a social team player. Some experience in the touristic business is a plus. The ideal candidate is available full time, speaks Spanish, English and Dutch is a plus. You must be willing to work in the weekends. Interview will be in English.
