Your Challenge The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a portfolio of IT projects that support the company's business and strategic objectives. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while aligning with the organization’s governance frameworks and transformation goals. Acts as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable project plans and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in scaling Libeen across Spain and Europe. Cross-Functional Leadership ✔️ Align product & tech strategy with SmartHousing 2030 and company OKRs ✔️ Work hand-in-hand with Operations, Finance, Marketing & Sales ✔️ Translate complex technical concepts into simple business language ✔️ Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement ✔️ Drive prioritization, delivery and execution across the company REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Professional Experience ✔️ 5+ years in Product leadership roles (Head of Product, PM Lead, CPO track) with strong technical background, or 5+ years in senior technical roles (CTO, Tech Lead or similar) with proven product ownership. ✔️ Experience in startups or scale-ups (proptech/fintech a plus) ✔️ Proven ability to build and scale product + engineering teams ✔️ Strong product discovery mindset and a track record of defining successful roadmaps. ✔️ You should understand but not necessarily execute in: ✔️ Frontend: React, Typescript ✔️ Backend: Node.js, microservices, APIs ✔️ Databases: SQL, NoSQL, event stores ✔️ Cloud: AWS / GCP, Kubernetes, Docker ✔️ Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring and reliability ✔️ Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Product & Tech Skills ✔️ Ability to define product vision & turn it into a winning roadmap ✔️ Skilled in UX, user research, usability & product iteration ✔️ Data-informed decision-making (analytics, experimentation, funnels) ✔️ Experience building customer-facing digital products ✔️ Strong product intuition + excellent engineering judgment ✔️ Ability to scale products from MVP → thousands of users.
